Agro Foods uses a sortex machine to Clean, Grade and Sort pulses. It transforms raw material to the purest forms of whole seeds resulting into finest purity product.
We have our in-house standard laboratory AS PER DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE STANDARDS. We Carry out tests of the PULSES at receivals, during production, and of the finished product at the time of packing, according to specific National and International Standards. To remain contemporary, we continuously upgrade our equipment and testing methods by keeping abreast with emerging food safety standards and regulations in order to deliver superior value to our customers.
We have a packaging machine to cater white-packaging needs of our customers, VFFS Packaging machine is equipped with two graphic thermal transfer printers for printing of barcodes/information as per customer’s requirements. We also have a production line inclusive of a label applicator machine, metal detector, weight checking, box formation, sealing and strapping machine,
